How To Order

1 - Place an order by any of these methods:

2 - State the product you wish to buy either Nutralife or Thalgo Cosmetics and their details.

3 - We will confirm the availability of the product.

4 - PAYMENT & DELIVERY

Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) can be arranged near Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya or Klang.

5 - Please email or SMS payment receipt / details , FULL NAME, ADDRESS & CELLPHONE NUMBER once you make the payment.

Items will be delivered via POSLAJU once the payment is received.

METHOD OF PAYMENT


Delivery is done via Poslaju (fastmail) every working hour. Tracking number will be given through sms once the postage has been delivered.
Please add RM10.00 (flat rate) for Semenanjung Malaysia
Please add RM13.50 (flat rate) for Sarawak
Please add RM15.50 (flat rate) for Sabah

For International Delivery outside Malaysia, the shipping rates will vary with location. The rate will be advised and accepted by you before we dispatch the order. Please email us your order and we will reply with the shipping charges the earliest possible.

Taxes & Duties

Please note that you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible and have no control over these fees. International orders must be shipped to the cardholders address.

Damage Claims

In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify the courier company and file a damage claim. We can provide you with an exchange (but not a refund). Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you. Please email rangetechresources@gmail.com and we will provide the necessary assistance and verification.
